I have an big problem with my new  S3 Pro

I have random screen freezes with no display response in different apps (google, whatsapp, picture galerie, sms...) sometimes in boot screen (sim unlock stage) also
have to lock the screen and unlock it, then the freeze is gone.
tried with soft reset and hard reset (factory setting) doesn't work

there is no way to reproduce it, it appears at random several times a day (5-10x)
in the first two weeks of use there was no problem, since several days the phone fails

is this a hardware or software issue?
Because with this phone behavior it's absolutely not possible to work with it.

i hope you can help  me

After some kind of upgrade, the google search bar become black!  I have already set to bright theme in the developer option, but after a while, the search bar become black again!  Is it a google problem or S3 pro problem?

Just got the Umidigi S3 however i am unable to connect to my 5ghz wifi network, it see it ok but just will not connect to it any help would be greatly appreciated and can anybody else with this phone confirm if theirs works on a 5ghz network please?

I have the same problem, and I've asked for a full RMA form since April 29th.  
I contacted support to no avail.  Their proper lack of customer support is mind boggling.

You might not upgrade the system yet if you just received your phone. Please do a wireless update which should fix the photo blurring issue.

A good case for S3 Pro is very rare and hard to find...

Please in next update resolve the follow problems with the fingerprint in some apps, in my case, paypal and ebay the fingerprint doesnt work

Hello,

A few days ago I noticed that Wi-Fi calling doesn't work well in the US on Mint (T-Mobile).
When I place a call I am able to hear only for a few seconds, then nothing... I'm not even able to close the call and in order to do that I need to restart my phone. can you please look into it?
