Taking picture in the total darkness like this is tricky but I can assure you no matter the setup, I always came to the same conclusion. I switched phones, angles, put them in a black box one by one, ... The most visible difference is in the blue range and it's visible with naked eyes. I had exactly the same kind of issue with the Honor 8x. It's not a serious problem at all because most of the people will not even notice, that's also what I say at the end of my review. I noticed this problem because I'm using the same pictures to test all the phones I buy so if there is any difference, I'll notice it immediately. The only real weakness of this phone is the camera and most likely the software part as shooting in RAW gives good results.
That being said, I'm looking forward to try the S3 Pro and I'll probably buy a screen calibration tool to review the screen this time
