New update(OTA) is available on wireless update. So far so good, it's more stable than last update, a few bugs were fixed still few are there.

-- Camera zoom-in freezing issue fixed(great!)
-- Duplicate ringtone fixed
-- Night mode shooting is good(though takes time to process)

Problems I saw(but don't bother me) someone might care:
-- NO HDR support at all
-- Still two camera apps(old and new)
-- Can't change battery percentage display(Always on)

I have an big problem with my new  S3 Pro

I have random screen freezes with no display response in different apps (google, whatsapp, picture galerie, sms...) sometimes in boot screen (sim unlock stage) also
have to lock the screen and unlock it, then the freeze is gone.
tried with soft reset and hard reset (factory setting) doesn't work

there is no way to reproduce it, it appears at random several times a day (5-10x)
in the first two weeks of use there was no problem, since several days the phone fails

is this a hardware or software issue?
Because with this phone behavior it's absolutely not possible to work with it.

Your test is the first one that I've ever seen where the higher contrast ratio is mentioned as a con but your opinion is respected. After running my own tests I can't confirm your statement about the difference in color intensity between different colors or any kind of deviance. The much brighter white navi bar on the F1 "confused" your capturing camera. I know the Redmi Note 5 but its screen doesn't even play in the same league as the F1, so to state that the Redmi Note 5 has a better screen is a pure nonsense. That's my opinion and I'd bet, 10 out of 10 people would have the same opinion after watching the screens of the two phones side by side. The F1 is definitely the best quality screen UMIDIGI phone until now.
Thank you for your purchase anyway.

Still having Bluetooth issues (minor) and fingerpint issues ...

The same here - Disappointed that the fingerprint doesn't work in all applications and when it does it is intermittent.  Also no Android security updates since August too

Actually the F1 also supports 10 touches and its oleophobic coating is resistant enough. Why do you think it's "non-resistant"? As far as I know the screen is made by SHARP.

I had to reflash the firmware a few days ago, and it worked.

Hello, I was wondering if the S3 Pro would use the same screen as the F1 ? They share the same resolution but will they use the same screen? I'm a bit disappointed by the screen on the F1 so before buying the S3 Pro, I'd like to make sure I won't be disappointed.

Probably the same screen will be used but seriously, the screen of the F1 disappoints you? Sorry but you are the first one, every reviewers emphasized the very good screen quality. What's your problem please?

I never said it's bad, I was only a bit disappointed, it's not the same I'm sorry, I should probably have expressed my opinion differently.

I compared it to the two Xiaomi I have and it lacks some color range, the problem is very visible in the blue range where the F1 goes slightly to purple while the other devices stay in the blue. For red and green, it is less visible.

I haven't finished translating my test in English but you'll already see some test screens.

I'm sure most "normal" users will not notice anything and that's also what I'm saying in my article. I try to be neutral so that people can make up their mind by themselves. "My" concern was more about the S3 which has a more premium positioning, you'll be in a higher price range and compete against other very good devices.

Anyway I have bought the S3 Pro because I believe it's going to be a good device and if it is the case, my review will help you sell more devices
