Hello all, after update new 20190430 ROM, what are differences?

What the different notices from my phone are that
- Camera little bit improve.
- Still has no Panorama.
- Battery charging is longer than before but while charging, the phone don't get hot like before

and yours?

Hello,
I have received my S3 Pro yesterday. After I have put my sim card and signed to my profile it is functioning well but after the screen is locked and I wake it up it asks again for sim password and starts again "checking for updates" and asks again to"sign in" and go all the steps for "initial set-up", in addition all previously downloaded applications from profile have disappeared.Everything repeats in the same way after the screen locks.

Please for help on the above!

For me, I try to avoid use the fast charging function using the original charger , The battery and phone body is so hot that may damaged the electronic component  or shortened the life of battery. Usually I charge the phone overnight while sleeping (It takes 4 hours to complete the charge (10%> 100%), Therefore I don't need fast charging. Just using a regular  5V 1A slow charger will work.

For other difference....already talked in the previous post, that need to be improved.

You may consider to reset the phone by restore it to factory setting (can be done in the setting >system > reset). The the problem still exist, there might be firmware problem and you need to flash the firmware again, or ask UMIDIGI to replace a new phone

another notice is that notification - compare to my old phone, before S3pro alert the notification faster than my old phone but after new updated rom, the S3pro alert the notification late 1 or 2 sec slower that my old phone.

For the battery, this phone is on my hand 8 days and I charge 4 times, but I have used the AccBattery, I noted that the battery heath now is dow to 4787 mAh ~ 93% of 5150 mAh.

Hello,
I'm from Italy and my S3 Pro arrived 2 weeks ago.
I have the latest firmware for EU, which is
FOTA version: UMIDIGI_S3_Pro.E_V1.0_20190419_20190430-2205

I previously owned the One Max and I have to say that this phone is way better:
- fingerprint unlock always very precise and fast (One Max had a very bad one)
- very good looking, good screen and good speakers (One Max had very bad ones)
- very reactive phone, battery can really last 2 days of normal use (even if I appreciated a lot the wireless charge of the One Max...)
- way better notification, they appear as we expect on the upper bar (in One Max they incredibly didn't)

But I think there are some things that could be easily improved:
1) answering a phone call is difficult, because it's difficult to drag the green circle up with a finger, it doesn't move following your finger
2) I expected to use the two buttons on the right in order to selrct the ringer volume level, but actually they modify the multimedia volume level (voice notes and media). So if you want to modify the ringer volume you must manually enter inside the settings.

My phone's camera is reactive, even if there's no HDR the pictures are good.

My S3pro has issues when receiving incoming calls.

I am unable to hear the voice of the person unless i switch to speaker mode. Any ideas?

There is no way to remove it. To solve this problem,  you need to install another Launcher.

Hi,

The Umidigi team isnt responsive, apparently, I have received a spoilt phone.

There is no sound coming from incoming calls. I have to knock a few times, I think this is quite a disappointment for poor workmanship.

I tried emailing in, but no one replied.
