Hi. Can any one upload the ROM to Mega? Cant download from these links. Download files get corrupted with IDM and Firefox downloader. I'll try Free downloader manager next. I live in Cuba and the connection speed is 2mb so links can even timeout on some cases
Im trying to get root access without  luck.. i get Invalid preloader error while flashing the recovery. Used SP flash tools ver 5.19xxx and 5.18xxx. scatter files from difrent sites (two at least) and cant create one with MTK tools because it cant detect the phone. The bootloader is unlocked.
Drivers should be OK... i've been able to flash 2 Elephones. Any way ill try in a 3er PC just in case.
Im OK with improvments of latest update.. the only thing so far is oposite direction in GPS.. Hope they keep improving it.

Hi, did anyone post the fix yet? I'm a new user so can't start my own thread. I too am being affected ever since the update. The only launcher that works is the stock "Quickstep"

Requests:
- Please allow removal of google tool bar on home screen or fix "quickstep" crash when pushing the square button.
- Fix Camera app mandatory permissions: Camera will not allow you to open it unless you agree to microphone access for "Allow Camera to record audio" *I don't want my camera app to have access to audio unless I'm going to record a video.
- Please allow the brand new user to just start using the phone instead forcing a connect to WIFI & connect to "google".

I can't post my own thread yet so hopefully someone sees this..

Security wishlist:
- A software kill switch button for disabling the camera and mic on the top menu would be great. LED light to let us know the microphone or camera is in use would be amazing.

F1 is a great phone but if at second OTA i have a bug like this on recents and i must wait a month for a little fix.. i'll never buy others umigigi.. i stay on it because my first phone is a Poco, my second in a MiMax3 and i wait today MiX3 and Mi9 from amazon.. camera is the Worst that i have seen in a phone.. also a micromax takes better pics

Yeah, the hardware looks great, but the camera sucks makes my skin look the wrong color also with all these software bugs it too may be my last umidigi.

i have an OTA update and now i can use Novolauncher, no crashes with the square button anymore
