Hi,
sorry, if this is just due to some settings I haven't noticed.
but I've noticed, that in several apps, for example instagram, the 19:9 screen isn't supported at all, and the video gets stretched to match the furthest margins or the screen. This causes the video to disappear behind the longer sides. In up position the photo streches again towards the furthest sides, and I can't see the text that starts closer to the margins. Even with photos I sometimes notice I have to zoom out to see the whole image.
I really haven't found any use of the bigger 19:9 ratio. Instead, while watching a game of football etc., the top and below parts of the video are hidden too. While working on certain websites in tilted position (because they require longer text lines) I've already disabled the concave area control on every app because it's really annoying.
Surely there must be a setting to prevent this from happening?
PS: going from C Note to One Pro, I've had way too much trouble exiting full screen videos such as YouTube I really would have preferred a physical back-button, and will remember that next time. |
