Good day, i have an issue with my Umidigi One which i bought 3 weeks ago on jumia global, Nigeria, the issue i have is i was charging the phone when i had to answer a call on it and after the call i plugged it back to the charger, but when i went back to the phone i discovered the phone was dead but the notification light is on when plugged to the charger, even i tried call the sim card in the phone its was not going through. please what could have caused it and what is the solution?

Could you please next time write you post in more technical topic?
Please press power button for at least 15 seconds for rebooting.
If phone does start please charge for at least 3 hours and try reboot same way as above.
If fault still persist please contact directly to seller for warranty solution.

acuttly i bought umidigi one and i get it before few days.
i open it and it was working but after five minutes only stopped and there are nothing on the screen.
ı try to open it meny time, make hard reset , charging but nothing happened and not open and there isnt any picture or anything on the screen.
i try to coonect it to pc but also pc dont find it.
as i said just after five minutes happen this.
please help
