Microphone not working

Not always but quite often People don't hear me when I call them
both in normal phone and in whatsapp

also there is lousy reception - I am losing lots of calls (phone goes offline) in exactly same places where my old crappy samsung J5 receives without any issues (same network and same SIM card)

I have the same problem with F1 play.
Mic works in video recorder, but not in calls.
Tried factory settings, reflashing - nothing helps.

F@ mic dont works at calling someone .they hear my voice so crappy  ,like its voice cancelation  problem or internal audio filters trying to filtrate my voice wtf
