Edited by DANIBOY77 at 2015-12-14 18:46 \n\nhello,
try a hard reset or flash the ROM with rootjoy and new rom download,  if it persists ... back to guarantee...
I'm not too worried , the phone displays a memory of internal applications, a reset should be enough ...

Don't worry, you (or the person who sent/handed over the phone to you) just probably flashed a twrp backup or a custom ROM over a freshly flashed stock ROM without booting up that stock ROM at least once. This situation produced an unformatted cache partition, so that doesn't exist in fact.
That's probably enough to flash only the cache partition with SP Flash Tool or if that doesn't help (less probable), then all the cache, system and data partitions together. After the flashing process finished, don't forget to reboot your phone into Android without doing any further steps. That's very inportant, let your phone completely boot up after flashing. A Rootjoy update or a factory data reset can't build the missing cache partition, so they can't help unfortunately. Link: eMAX V05 0715 SPFT ROM

Just almost forgot: If you flash a different version then the one currently installed on your phone, the flashing process can be stuck at the beginning with the error message "PMT has changed...". In that case, you have to choose the 'Firmware Upgrade' option instead of 'Download Only' and flash the whole content of the firmware. Never choose the 'Format All + Download' option.

Huh, lucky guy. You could lose the IMEI numbers by full flash formatting.
