Your software development support for the Umidigi One (Pro) has been good so far, although there are a few more issues to be ironed out. And yes, you did implement certain Android 9 features, thank you for that.

But, it's a bit hypocritical to say 'We didn't say this phone will get Android 9'. Lots of brands don't specifically say that, but they still upgrade their phones. And you even advertised this phone as being your 'Compact flagship'. It's strange not to provide a version upgrade to a phone you call that.

In any case, if you really never upgrade this phone to Android Pie, please at least provide security updates and fixes for the outstanding issues, most importantly for the video recording function in the Camera app.

Currently we are not planning upgrade to Android 9.
Even in phone specifications or announcement we didn't say that this phone will get further versions of Android system.
Please understand that we implemented some features from Android 9 to current software version of latest Umidigi phones.

I agree with user nucleone, we do appreciate the support for updates so far we have received for this phone

Though, being marketed as "the compact flagship phone" of UMIDIGI, I expected the treats for any premium phone like one or two major updates, that is why I bought it instead of buying something from the usuals brands with premium phones like Sams or Gugl.

So far I'm happy with my UMIDIGI phone and I'm advertising anytime I can the brand with collegues, family and friends , so, give me more reasons to keep doing it  jajaja ;)
