Hello,

Since a few hours my phone Umidigi One Pro no longer detects my SIM card, yet I did not remove it, I just reset my phone to its factory state. Not understanding why I had this bug I tried my SIM card on my old phone (Umidigi S2 Lite) and it worked perfectly. I tried to do another factory reset and flash ROM as explained on the site, unfortunately, I still have this bug! Please help me, I bought this phone there is really little time and everything else works !!!

Sincerely,
Thomas

Sounds like a hardware problem. You tried to put the sim in slot no 2 ?

Hi Thomas,
We feel sorry to hear this.
Firstly you should switch off and on sim cards from settings - network & Internet - sim card
If doesn't help, please power off phone, remove sim cards, clean, realign in sim card tray and test in phone. Also please test in second slot if still doesn't working.

A friend told me that I've probably lost my IMEI number. How can I fix it ? I still have the box of the phone and an old full adb backup.

Did you formated the phone or do something else similar and after you rebooted the phone the problem appeared ?Do *#06# and check if your IMEI numbers are not valid (Ex: 0 or 000... or null or invalid) but do not post them here if they are valid.
In case they are not valid, try this.

Okay apparently it comes from the IMEI number, but when I try to reset them using the values written on the box and your tutorial I get stuck at this point :

Maybe try to disconnect and reconnect your phone at the beginning of the flashing process, when it is switching into META mode.

Honestly, I have no idea
Are you running the windows application as an administrator ?
Are you using the db files for the right ROM ? update 1030 for example ( 30 October update if you had the last update)
Pheraps try this on another computer, or if you have a spare laptop install the drivers on that and try again.

Just dont use format all + download on flashtool because you will lose fingerprint from what I heard.

If you had a backup of nvram partition in twrp made before, it would have been easier.
