So paying with google pay won't work, + my bank app says it is jailbroken if I try to add card to nfc wallet

No, as I said, not rooted and have not modified the system or boot partitions what-so-ever.

I tested several roms 9 and in all I can not send and receive sms and I do not have internet data. The RIL file disappeared from the Downloads section but even with that file I get the same error on all Roms 9. Is there any solution to this?

I already installed the Patch but I still do not have internet data on all the Pie (9) ROMs and I have the One Pro. Everything works flawlessly (wifi, finger print, sms ...). I also loved having my carrier's internet data. I have also manually put the APNs, but without success ...
