Please help me my phone is not up to 6months.. I bought from online store Jumia NG.. Was on whatsapp chatting and my phone just tripped off and ever since then I have been trying boot but no way my battery was 71% before it tripped of and no hope till present

This phone don't have cell broadcast and don't have message emergency. Do you know if umidigi are working in any update to solve this issue?

In my Country, Peru, All the phones have to have this specification else the mobile phone is return(or it's stolen by aduanas office)

We cannot examine those two smartphone because the ones telephones are completely with using the free temp email from owlymail exceptional and from exceptional line (Umidigi A3 Pro is pinnacle spec of budget line and Z2 entry degree of premium line)

Hi all
I own this phone purchased at ebay official store and i have found two problems.
1) i m not able to screen mirror miracast on a LG smart tv, other phones are without problem. However, its possible to cast directly from YTube app
2) When SD inserted, device doesn,t recognize it.
I running Android 9.0

Any help? thanks

Hello All,

I replaced my A3 PRO screen and accidently damaged the connector at the screen end (the connector that connects to the motherboard). I have A3 in stock, can the A3 screen copnnector fit the A3 pro connector , are they the same? I just want to get access tomy A3 PRO to extrtact my data using the A3 screen. TYhanks for your help.
