APNs grayed out

Sorry @MarcinP, didn't read the @bubbah works before. Now, downloading the stock rom version: V2.0_20180903 to replicate to procedure, will do flashing procedure using "firmware upgrade" mode and then do OTA. However, is it solve the apn wipe problem after reboot if I do OTA Update to the latest version (V2.0_20181208)?

If there is any plan to release OTA update to resolve this APN wiped problem, I will gladly wait that. Since I have bad history of hard-bricking my phone before through flashing.

Mi Umidigi One Pro resets apn configuration every now and then. Let's say 3 times a day and almost everytime I restart the phone...UMIDIGI_One_pro_V2.0_20180815_20181208-1712
No wireless update available
