Hi Marcin, thanks for testing this.
I'm on the latest OTA UMIDIGI_One_Pro_V2.0_20180815_20181113-0939.
I have since done a "reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth" from the Reset option screen but was reluctant to perform another full factory reset (I've done one with the previous OTA with the background apps not loading). As you cannot replicate the problem, maybe I should just go for a full reset at this stage.

Are you removing sim card when doing reboot, or do you have SD card in phone etc?
Please use only one sim card, add APN and save, check mobile data, and then power off and on phone.
Please do not remove sim card.

My usual way is to restart with the SIM inside at all time(slot 1). There's also a micro SD card but I tried without. Also tried with SIM alone in slot 2 with same results.
I currently use them back in my previous Mi A1 which has the same hybrid SIM tray  and no problem , no matter the configuration.

I thinking that due to last OTA update, network reset command could be still active in your phone due to some OTA file error. Maybe your file was corrupted etc.

Sorry, didn't see that suggestion to flash earlier, will do and keep you updated.
Might be few days though as I'm travelling a lot currently.
Thx
