Hi, Did you let the battery get completely exhausted before that happened to you, or it still had some power? If the latter one, please press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds to force reboot your phone.

hello when I connected the charger ..... was 15% percent but after connected the charger have stop to working

I tried all possibilities!! but nothing.... nothing( any solutions we are talking about umidigi one!!

I suspecting that there was some short in USB cable, USB socket, or in charger etc cause to damage internal components of your phone.
Please contact to seller and explain while situation. Probably you need send you phone to seller for inspection.
