Hi,
USB port is not warrantable item due to wear and tear.
I would recommend test with different USB cable.

Then press and hold power button for at least 15 seconds.
If phone still won't work, please try contact to seller where you bought phone.

Thank you for all advices. First of all I bought the phone from official umidigi store on aliexpress during presale. I tried everything before asking for a help. I charged phone for 3, 5, 24 hours and pressed the power button and hold it for different time. Nothing. I tried different cables and chargers as well.
The phone is dead and the only working part of it is a red dot indicator. Today a person from the store contacted me asking to make a video and upload it to youtube letting her to watch. I did. I do not really understand how it could help. The conversation is very slow going, they reply once a couple of days so I expect this issue to be delayed for a long time. Meanwhile I do not have an android phone.

I got your phone in September 2018, model One Pro. Now it has stopped turning on. When charging, the red light is on constantly. Charging time any - does not change color. No reaction to the power button and long charge. For a long press of the power button - there is no reaction. Phone without physical damage, careful use. Took the phone (One Pro) for diagnosis to the service center! I was told that failed "power controller" on the motherboard.

I've the exact same problem. Phone died early January, after just 3 months. The only thing that works now is the red LED! Bought from dx.com who don't reply to customer support messages. Won't buy Umidigi or from dx.com again.

Please add option to "turn off wifi during sleep" in wifi settings please. I did a factory reset and the option is gone. This cause mobile networks standby to drain 6% in 12 hours standby. Large brands such as Samsung has built in apps that reduce battery drain so their phone last much long on battery with similar or less capacity.
