Hi!
I have a problem with my Umidigi One Pro which is just about a month old. The phone is not coming up at all. This started after I plugged it for charging this morning. It just stopped working suddenly. Everything about the phone was okay last night. I will appreciate any help about what could be wrong with my phone and how to go about fixing it.

Thanks.

Press power button for at least 15 seconds for rebooting.
If phone does start please charge for at least 3 hours and try reboot same way as above.

Thank you @MarcinP,
This is the only thread I have posted this issue on. I have tried holding the power button for over 15 seconds but it did not work. The store I bought it from says they have no warranty for the item, but Umidigi website says it has a one year warranty. Do I have any hope of warranty. If not, are there any authorized outlets where I can fix the phone?

Thanks once again.

I apologise for this off-topic post, But I can't start a new topic, and can't seem to find one that is related. I have a problem charging the phone. The USB c port is loose and won't make a good connection. The seller seems to be refusing to fix the issue. I have contacted her neumerous times, and the best she seems to be willing to do is repay me up to $20 for the repair! I've only had the phone for 4 months of the one-year warranty. In the United States, I can't even get a technician to examine my phone for $20! What do I do?

Thanks!

Post the seller link here, does it says anything about a warranty ? They should really fix your problem, if not, did you pay with credit card ? maybe ask the bank to refund the money.  Post time 2018-12-23 06:26
