Overall very happy with the phone. Everything works fine so far. Only issue is tge bluetooth drops out at times.Make sure you use the protective case, the phone is silky smooth. l had it slipped out of my pocket and hit the ground, resulting in a cracked back. Luckily the glass did not break off.

Hi , also battery drain very fast, but I realised that it may be an issue with calibration : I realise that device keeps charging much longer after 100% is reached : actually if I stop charging when 100% just topped, I get a 35%/hour drain screen on whereas if I wait 3 hours charge more (with slow charger 0.8A, USA amperemeter plugged to check) I get battery actually fully charged , ie 12%/hour battery drain when screen on average
Does someone meet same issue?
On software gives me 1000mah "official" capaicity , maybe is enough to modify this wrong value in ROM ?

an answer was given  after I contacted costumer service
  1. Hi, that's an existing bug (will be fixed) but it does not affect the charging process. The charging circuitry monitors the voltage and temperature of the battery, the reported capacity is perfectly unimportant, not involved. You can add a much lower or higher capacity battery, itt will be always charged to 100% if it's rated output voltage is the same as the stock battery. So only that makes sense to monitor the battery voltage. At the One Pro that should be 4.39V at 100%.

How did you contact the Customer Service? I tried a few times but never got a reply.  Post time 2018-10-15 15:56

Good to know, the battery drains really fast for some reason even when screen is off... gps wifi and data is off and I also installed Greenify as a system app but it is still bad.

Actually as I explained, it's not draining fast. issue is only that battery is not charged when arrived at 100% , you have to wait 2 hours (or depend on charger) to come to "300%".
Reason being that android system has a declared value of 1000mah instead of 3250mah
a way to be sure to have a fully charged is check voltage (4.3V)
So when you unplug just when it reaches 100% it seems that it drains 3 times faster then
I got around 7 hours SOT so not bas at all

Dear Senior,
CAn you please explain how to charge until 300%?

I am facing battery drain issue.
Before sleep, by battery was 100% (after fully charged) I off the charger, then I turned on battery saver. But the next morning 5:30am, the battery left 56% !
After turned off battery saver & use mobile data, the batter become 40% at 8am!

This is hardware issue or software?
Thank you in advance, whomever can help or explain..

Oh ok, now I understand.
@lbhock1234, there is always a chance that it could be a hardware problem with your specific phone but it is probably not because the same thing happend to me, so I went with the battery to 0 and after that to 100% and it stopped. So it is most likely a software issue.
