!!! 1%->1.5% battery drain every hour on idle, please fix this on the next update. You go to bed, wake up and already lost 10%. Losing 25%->35% per day just on idle. !!!

As you can see when the battery reaches 100% from 0%, it only needs 2500mA.
From what I see the phone stopped charging in 2 minutes after it arrived at 100%. 0.00A -> 2528mAh final.

I do not know here so someone tell me if formula is wrong but :ACTUAL 4.35V mAh = 4,82V X 2500 / 4,335V = 2770 mAh for 4.35V usage. = 3090mAh for 3.9V usage
So there is a problem with the android system that consume so much ? Because there is definitly something that is wrong.

//First post was this ->

So my battery was 80% charged and after 30 minutes of play during the game Pubg it said 15% warning battery low. Why is that ?

Here it says 30% of battery only the app used (295mAh). But how 300mAh equal with 30% of the battery. And it consumed more like 65% anyway in those 34 minutes in total.
Edit: 1% Charging per minute is incredible but is the battery really 3250mAh ? if yes why it dropped 65%(30 minutes) instead of 295mAh which is 9% and this seems to be the value of others phones in forums dropping while playing 30 minute of intensive game. 9% not 65%.

Wifi hotspot not working

I'm sorry to hijack this thread. I can't create a new topic so got no choice but to post a different problem here.

I have trouble using my One Pro as a wifi hotspot. Other devices can connect to the One pro hotspot but could not access the internet. It says "no internet connection" on the devices' display.

Anyone else has similar issue?

Hi , also battery drain very fast, but I realised that it may be an issue with calibration : I realise that device keeps charging much longer after 100% is reached : actually if I stop charging when 100% just topped, I get a 35%/hour drain screen on whereas if I wait 3 hours charge more (with slow charger 0.8A, USA amperemeter plugged to check) I get battery actually fully charged , ie 12%/hour battery drain when screen on average
Does someone meet same issue?
On software gives me 1000mah "official" capaicity , maybe is enough to modify this wrong value in ROM ?

Overall very happy with the phone. Everything works fine so far. Only issue is tge bluetooth drops out at times.Make sure you use the protective case, the phone is silky smooth. l had it slipped out of my pocket and hit the ground, resulting in a cracked back. Luckily the glass did not break off.

Thanks for replying. Yes, the airplane mode is off and the data sim card works with my old phone on which the hotspot was ok.

Data connection on the one pro itself is working ok.

I just ordered this phone through Umidigi on Amazon, despite hearing reports such as yours about battery and tethering issues. I presumed there would be a workaround here -- or that at the very worst, rooting it would eliminate whichever app was sucking the battery dry or cutting off tethering.
However, If No one answers your question within the next week I will return the device for a refund.
I am surprised to see such little activity in this forum.

yeh that battery drain seems weird it may men 30 percent out off all applications the battery  usage shows kinds suck open all battery uses and then look at the difference there. either way your reading it wrong doesnt men 30 percent of the entire battery also take into account the data its using so time and background processes.

I think that is supposed to show in android system or other apps that are part of the operating system. All the other apps impact including the android system was minimal. Between 1-4%, I remember it was minimal. Anyway it is not supposed to drain out so fast. Plus I use the hibernator app to close the app in memory from time to time.

Those informations are only estimated readings.
Everything is depend when you charged and did you charged up to 100%, how long phone was idling, etc also app is showing usage by app not by screen or speakers etc that why reading is not matching your calculations.

Ok I understand that, but it is still not normal for a phone to consume 65% of the phone in 30 minutes during games like pubg.
