Impossible update the s2pro...

As you can see in the picture, i arrive at this point and try to push "continue" but nothing happens. I tried both with wi-fi connection and mobile data, but nothing changed. Someone can help me to update this device???

Yes i know this...but with this phone i never did any update so at least the first update would have to be still available...don't you think so???
With another s2pro i did 2 or 3 updates i don't remember

But this is flashing ROM. I simply would like to update the s2pro with official releases!!! This is a phone bought in january and never updated. Why can't it find the official releases??
