You need to Flash the whole rom again not just recovery and boot.

why? what is the change made after the root that does not let me move forward with the update?

you can do the update, but you have to do the Root-Procedure again, but then it will work. You can use the boot.img-File from last Version, does work here also, dont have to create a new patched boot.img-File.

So to install updates, do I need to but back the original boot.img with flash tool ?
