I'm not sure if we should call it a problem. That LED is simply not meant to notify about incoming messages or missed calls. Anyway, the features of that LED is just the question of software.

I would like the diode used for missed calls and messages. third-party programs do not help. whether in the future this feature in the firmware?

That issue is related to your computer, not to this tool. After double clicking the exe file, it creates a folder called 'TCL Multidownload' in the C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming folder and extracts all data in that folder. Maybe there are problems at accessing that folder on your machine. You can investigate that.

Maybe the embedded extractor can't handle cyrillic letters in the extraction path. I can't test it.
