Please check your IMEIs in Settings --> System --> About phone --> Status --> IMEI information

Having a problem with my z2. The camera app is gone and other camera apps can not connect to the camera. Also the face unlock doesnt work. There are random screen glitches when using "Messenger" app. Tried to flash the phone with the newest software found here and it didn't fix the issue.
I might return the phone at this point, since I don't really know of other ways to fix it.

Hi, did it happen after a system update or anything else? Did you flash your phone in firmware upgrade mode?

Does this mean we will not be getting those updates?

Problems still present:
- settings menu search bar crashes
- no real bokeh mode! (wondering if the second camera is even real, as speculated online)
- pixelated videos on Facebook, can't enable HD!
- no setting in settings to hide/disable notch (should be on every notch phone)

Everything else seems to work, but we don't seem to get any communication on what will actually happen and within what timeframe?

Those were moved to the Z2 Upgraded forum, as they were posted in this one by mistake.
They say that, at least the last version, was compatible with the Z2 Original ones, but, for the ones that installed it, they will receive the next updates of Z2 Upgraded, which can break some functionalities, as the cameras are not the same, for example -_-

They are mistaking the program and now we are risking because of them to have bigger problems getting the next updates ...  I have waited enough, I will do them ad on gearbest, kimovil and others.

Ils se trompent de programme et maintenant nous risquons à cause d'eux d'avoir des problèmes plus importants en recevant les prochaines mises à jour... moi j'ai assez attendu, je vais leur faire de la pub sur gearbest, kimovil et autres.

I can't belive it!
This means incompetence!
What you think when you are working?
This is not a joke!
Io other (serious) companies for this kind of things people loose his work.
May be you don't understand the risk that we may encounter for this stupid and dangerous action!
It was not only an error in positioning the utates but also to push them in OTA upgrade and I received it.
I think that your competitors will laught so much for your professional work.
This for me means the end of my interest in UMIDIGI products.

And obviously, I do think as well that it's completely unprofessional what they are doing. I asked for a refund for my phone, but I passed my 45 days on GearBest, so I need to live with a bugged phone  Post time 2018-9-20 15:01

There seems to have an issue with the phone : We caanot choose two ringtones for the 2 sims
Il semble y avoir un probleme...on ne peut pas choisir 2 sonneries differentes pour les 2 sims

Anyone have a solution ?
Quelqu'un aurait it la solution ?
