I am not happywith Umi, i thought Iron Pro should be a good phone, but no!
It should be pre-rooted, but when i go to MTK droid tools, it won't allow to make a scatter file, it even kills the driver settings in my PC.
4G? Yes but not all bands, strange. Because my other phone Jiayu S3 have them all and is a cheaper phone, without fingerscan, eye-scan etc. So only in the city it have 4G. Jiayu had also problems with the phone and they go to a Spanish developpers team X-treme to solve the problems, even a German developpers team has made a ROM for it, and..... the phone is working very good.
For me, it is if i start again with a trouble phone, and i paid $180 for it.
Also, yes, also the camera sucks, Jiayu have the same camera Sony 214, and no trouble, sharp pictures even with low light(almost dark) Iron Pro it is terrible.
Paint from the fingerscan button is coming of. I thougt it was metal, but only the back is metal.
Then stock recovery is not working, so i was glad with TWRP on needrom. But with flashing i lost imei, programs here don not work, fail fail fail. Happy with chinaphonearena and china-devices, so i restored imei with MTK engineer apk, not uncle apk, this is not working on UMI Iron Pro, what is wrong with this phone??
Several apps are not working, i can not download them , because they are not compatible with this device???? Paypal, Google+ and several important apps don.t work on this device!!! Jiayu S3 have no problems with it. Bluetooth sound towards my LG Mediaset is not working as it should be.
I think this isn't normal for such a phone from a good brand in China.
First i had a Jiake, was good working but simple, then i bought a Elephone, a company with also a problem phone, i managed it to make it work and sold it to somebody who didn't care. Then Jiayu first also problems, but finally they or an European team solved the problems. And then i saw Umi, and i was reading specs and thought a good manufacturer, also in papers they are telling about a good brand Umi.
But now, for me: NO UMI IS NOT AS GOOD AS THEY SAY! Also no ROM for rootjoy or even for needrom, this is not good.
And now you come with Umi Rome, all baseband 4g, 2 sims and tf card, bluetooth 4.1 etc a phone with better specs then umi iron pro only no fingerscan, and 8MP camera and no usb-c, IRON Pro is not a real usb c, only the connector.
So what is UMI planning to do?
And please be so polite for answering my question, don't be like Elephone. Because when i wanted a build my self phone, i would do that, but i want a good working phone, with no troubles or selfsupporting forums with answer from other buyers.

. avarage phone with no support. sad becouse it was not so cheap. i think umi was better company
