OTG???

My Otg doesn't work and i don't know why. I can't connect an usb-stick or an external camera...
Should i enable it first?

When you connect device to USB, please drop down top bar and change settings.

I have an Umidigi Pro One with same problem when I connect a USB drive via OTG cable the USB drive is not recognised. I cannot see it in settings as a drive. What specifically should I do to mount the USB drive?
