Yes, if your phone randomly turns off or reboots automatically, the reason can be a shoddy battery or defective flash chip. If flashing in firmware upgrade mode does not fix your issue, you should request a replacement from your seller. Hardware defections cannot be fixed by software tools or updates.

It's promised but I have no news about the LineageOS release. On the other hand, in your case it's not a software issue or other users running the same system software would have the same issue.

Actually Waze is the only one known app that can't run on the A1 Pro, so its developers should find a solution. Please send them feedback after the app crash.
