Hi,
Did you try to use your phone without the protective case? If you long press the power button or it gets forced to be long pressed, it will reboot your phone. Check the power button (without the case) whether it clicks well or not.

Yes..no one camera can work and flashlight. Any write may be other apps that use the camera and flashlight. And on the menu there is no camera but on the setting apps there is camera
