I can not install instagram and you have in the video and in the original photos of your site one umidigi a1 pro with the icon as if it were installed. can you help me?

Instagram can be installed for sure. Do you get an error message or what happens?

Card and short? Do you mean the motherboard is shorted? No way such a phone can leave the factory. Did they show you where that "short" is?

Yes, only for Pixel devices so sorry but this question is still too early. I think only small modifications will be enough to port the stock Android Pie to the A1 Pro (thanks to the Treble support), but I can't promise anything at the moment.
