Try to follow the instructions shared on this page: https://tamingthedroid.com/what-do-apn-settings-appear-disabled
Also try to enable data roaming (roaming is free in the EU)
If nothing helps, you can flash this ROM with SP Flash Tool in firmware upgrade mode.

Sorry for my bad english, I don't mean "fake update" I was just worried since I flashed this thinking it's newer than the OTA, instead the number is the same.
Actually I don't understand your explanation about the FOTOA e the file of this thread, is this the OTA update or not? The number is the same, is it an error?UPDATE: now I understand, the number is the clock time when it was packed,the rar could be even with a 2030, but the update will finish with the 1526 anyhow, it's nothing relate a version number.
I'm sorry, but renaming the RAR removing the time data or just explain in the first post that it's a time data (without : is hard to understand, winrar doesn't add time data by default) wouldn't be better?
Maybe I'm just dumb and other people are used to time data and don't need to ask lik e me, sorry :-)
By the way, the support in this board is simply great and fast, I don't think other china brand has a so fast customer service like you, even on facebook! :-) :-) :-) <3

Turn off DuraSpeed in Settings or make your messaging apps enabled in its app list.

if someoneone has no troubles "adoptingù" his SD card can share the size, brand and kind of ihi SD card? Because samsung return me an error :-(

Maybe you have a fake Samsung. Can you share the link to the product page where you bought it?
