Do you see the same if you set the default font? Please also check it with your phone set to English language. Have you rooted your phone?

I have the same problem here.
Now I have a new warning for a new update, but the system crashes and I can not do it.

I can't reproduce this issue, so I can give you just some tips.

1. Go to Settings --> Apps & notifications --> App info
2. Select the 3-dot menu button in the top right corner, then show system
3. Scroll down to Wireless Update, select it, then Storage, and CLEAR DATA
4. Now check again whether you can see the the Wireless Update line on the About phone page.

If you can't find Wireless Update in the Apps list or deleting its data doesn't fix your issue, then please flash this update with SP flash Tool.
