I would be ashamed, the S2 buyer was explicitly promised an OTA update to Android 7.
And now Umi says that an update was possible with the old Umi Super and not with the "Flagship" S2.
The last update came in December 2017 ... the phone is not bug free ...
I have currently the problem that the volume down button do not work, but this can be also a hardware defect.
I bought the phone in October 2017 and am not very satisfied.

the screen at the edges doesnt touch well bluetooth sucks bad wifi signal and data no exposed working.. phone isn't perform as a 2.3GHz.. we payed it and we demand it to work.!

Unfortunately I can't agree with you because Umidigi never informed about Android upgrade for S2 device.
We informed that the S2 will stay on Android 6 due to hardware limits.
Volume button definitely is defective so you should order new one from Aliexpress.com or contact to seller if your phone is still under warranty.

S2 was never struggling with poor signal or Bluetooth and Wi-Fi issues. Unfortunately some of bands can be not compatible to your network but those details should be checked by you before ordering.
Please check for updates, because latest or second last update was fixing screen sensitivity.
SoC is fully used and is clocked at 2,3GHz so I don't understand your complaints.

I am regret my purchase of S2 though I liked it.

I am unable to use it for one month due to hardware problems.

Phone unable to flash/restore as it is defective.
