McAfee Mobile Security don't work

Hello. I have an active annual license of the product and when trying to run, error occurs. During the installation, the error occurred: "Unable to install McAfee Mobile Security. Please try again, and if the problem persists, get troubleshooting help (Error code: -505)."

After installing it, when you try to open the app for the first time, the error occurs: McAfee Security has experienced a system crash. Open app again or Send feedback (I already did).

Please, can you help me?! I need this secutiry app urgent! Thanks.

Be honestly to you I am not using McAfee on mobile, but please perform factory reset and then try install only McAfee, then set Google etc. Make sure you didn't set Google during first installation, please set as new device (at first installation).

Thanks. Ok I understand. What do you mean by setting Google in this case? I did basic ROM installation procedure with firmware update option, ie clean installation. Also, when I bought the smartphone I also had the same problem installing McAfee Mobile Security. So, after many attempts, I ran McAfee support and they are working on the case. Suspect blocked by Efuse partition protection system.

Ok, understood. But I know that won't work. The problem is the incompatibility of the McAfee app with this UMI Rom unfortunately. There's a ticket opened in the engineering team of McAfee. The asked me detailed information about the S2 Pro and the OS.
I consider it a huge loss for me as a customer, because I bought a new smartphone and an annual McAfee license and am unable to use it because the operating system of Umidigi does not allow it. In short, it is an absurdity inadmissible!
