Vibrator dead

Hello,
I think my vibrator is definitively broken, no vibrations at all now.
Tested with *#*#3333#*#* and an other app report absolutly nothing.
I will disassembly it to verify connectors, and if there's nothing strange,
I would order a new vibrator.

Have you got a link to order this spare part for the S2 pro ?

If possible, I 'd want to order a more powerful one than the original, does it exist ?

Please contact to seller and ask for solution.
Maybe they offer to you partial refund which cover new vibrator unit.

Same problem here, totally dead. Another problem on Umidigi phones, so which vibration motor is it? There's more than one in that link you share.

They are all the same (maybe some has shorter or longer wire) Before buying new unit, you should open and check vibrator connections etc.

Do you know which size is the screw driver?
Torx 0.7 is too big. I have to buy another one.
Is the back cover glued as I read it on YouTube?

It Doesn't appear glued in the video??!

Back cover is not glued. There is only 2 screws and plastic  clips around.There is 0.8 torx but 5 leg not 6 as normal torx.
