I did it exactly like the guide but it won't work i even tried it multiple times

The guide is about flashing in download only mode, without the userdata partition. You should flash your phone in firmware upgrade mode to overwrite the whole software content of your phone.

Yes I know I tried both ways but neither worked

Add support for Camera 2API.
Add support for HDR.
Fix slow auto brightness.
The play store is not certified , certify.

Rather check the certiciation satete in the Play Store settings. Not all UMIDIGI models but the S2 Lite is certified.
