My fingerprint sensor died after a few months. I contacted gearbest and they shocked me. My phone is still under guarantee but they asked me to reimburse the 55$ paid to substitute a screen and a battery which had problems to get their address and fix it. It's the worst customer service I've ever seen.

You could refuse such offer and ask for other solutions.

TomTop - also had a problem with the fingerprint sensor it does on my Pro Z.
TomTop would not reply to emails for one month until i got Paypal dispute, then they wanted me to ship to china(bought from Germany warehouse) but it was over €50 and they would not ship lipo batteries.

Never buying from TomTop again. Sounds like gearbest are bad too!

You could ask for partial refund and get battery from aliexpress.

After two weeks (4 including the Chinese new year break) they have promised me 20$ when a manager tool care of the case. The strangest thing is that the following day my sensor began to work again.

Gearbest has top managers with a vert agressive  marketing strategy but the basic customer officiers are some of the worsts. You often need to write rewiews on customer websites to get an answer from a manager and they solve your issues in 48h.
