hi.

i tried to run this tool. it connects to the phone but it fails to complete the process.
my phone is a F1 Play. is it compatible with the phone?

in case i'm doing something wrong and i finally get the app to work, can you please confirm this will work for F1play? I don't want to send the money for no reason.

Hello Ben,
Does it work with Android 9 and 10?
I have a friend that formated the UMIDIGI A3S (Android 10)
And another that formated Umidigi X  (Android 9)

Android 7 and older systems do not need such a tool, the fingerprint scanner can not become inaccessible by formatting the flash chip or flashing an incompatible software. If the fingerprint scanner does not work on your S2 Pro, then it's probably the result of a hardware defection.

Hi Ben

I have an issue with my F2 brand new Umidigi phone I want to know if this can help me to reset my fingerprint dead after update ... ??

Its under warranty but with pandemic situation I can not use postal service to send it back for now

But there have been problems with the S2 Pro in the past. There it was about the complete reset and there was a forum where you helped people about the same procedure.
