If this is true, why no notifications from RT Deutsch?

Notification bar: Sputnik working now but without sound and still no notifications in bar AND no sound from RT Deutsch.

Please install RT Deutsch and try out this - you will see/hear: No notifications.

Why the font here sometimes small/big?

I use old but good "Holo Launcher for ICS", no lags so far.

Maybe it's specific to the one you use?

The next Bug i have noticed is the alarmclock. It is Set for the whole weekdays but it makes at the second day no Alarm. I have to set it every day new, otherwise it makes No Alarm. Notfication for div. Apps doesnt Work. (Teamwire, Gmail APP, Freenet Mail etc.)

Next Bug!
Why is the RAM-Usage never over 2GB. Instead of using the full RAM the System cleans various Apps.
It seem the full RAM isnt in use!
I have no cleaning tool on this device.

the only file to use is Rom? no need flash?
Is ROM good with everything up and running?

Edit: the not working notification is caused by the cleaning of the Apps in the Background. The will be finished and give so no notification or Emails wouldnt automaticly synch.
Dura Speed is off, no changes.
Why there are 6GB Ram when i cant use this???
Yes i could exclude Apps in Duraspeed, but that is only a workaround.
I would like to use the whole RAM because that was the reason to decide to by this Phone.

i have this installed but i cant find the "home settings" to change the launcher. I've googled a bunch of ways to switch launchers but none of the options are on my S2 pro
