In 'Settings --> Permission Management' enable your apps in both 'App startup management and 'Screen-off cleaning whitelist'.

Maybe it's related to that specific smartwatch. Personally I've been using a Huami Amazfit smartwatch connected to an S2 Pro for months already, without any issues. Can't you just sync your watch or you can't even pair it?

Could you please provide us with upcoming fiirmware releases timeline, or, at least, just for the next one?
I saw one was released for S2Lite (20180303) and  I'm curious when the release is planned for S2Pro phone (assuming phones have basically identical hardware).

Hello bencebacsi and everyone. I've just got my S2 Pro and most of time the touch fails. Need try 3 to 4 times to work. Any time anywhere. Flash the new basic firmware  and still same problem. Is it hardware issue?

Hi,
Simple build version updates have no timeline, they are not scheduled. There's an update in development, what's goal is to reduce bloatware and to fix the notification/status bar issues. It will be released as soon as it's done.

Basic edition updates are available only in flash tool format.

I'm sorry for you inconvenience. According to your description, your issue is most probably hardware related but if you record and share a video showing your issue, I can tell you something more certain.

hello, i m Cristi from Romania, and  i am a happy buyer of an umidigi s2 lite, but i have a huge problem, my current version  of android  its tha 6 one ,and i will really like to have atlaest android 7, can you help me with some advice? Hi,

It's an S2 Pro ROM thread here, you're talking about S2 Lite, while you probably have an S2, since that's the only one in this list, that's been released with Android 6. So first of all, you should make clear which model you have (S2, S2 Pro or S2 Lite), then please comment in the approriate section related to your model.
