I forgot to mention that i cant enter the recovery mode, holding down the power button and Vol + ends up with a knocked out android saying No Command.

You still haven't read the description and tutorials. From the first post here read the description under the title ''Optional method (in case if the manual OTA update gets stuck): Install from recovery''
Apps generally don't crash if you update a stock ROM by flashing in firmware upgrade mode, not in download only, keeping your old user data. If you still have such issues, please share a list of your crashing apps. Personally I've been using an S2 Pro as my daily driver with about 170 user apps installed for months already, but never crashes any of them.

Hallo! It is my first post here!
I have a problem with my S2 Pro. The touch screen from the beggining is not responding properly... I have tried different ROMs but more or less the same...Sometimes no respond, sometimes everything is perfect.... Can anyone help me?
If you think is neccesary I can post two videos with two different ROMs.....
Can anyone help me?

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Did you flash at least one ROM in firmware upgrade mode? Just try the latest one. Yes, a video would be useful to share.
