Hi,

So what can you see in your Windows device manager after connecting your phone?

Still Waiting for a solutionton to the problem, i cant walk around with two  none functional phone that was just got out in to the Market.
App crashes, phone crashes, camera crashes, secound camera is only there and have none function, setting crashes, the only thing the phone is good for is to see the date and time, yeah by the way it takes a few sec for the clock to correct it self.
And again, why cant we just download all this new updates trough the Phone it self?

As I see, you haven't read the flash tool tutorial (or you'd know why the preloader com port disappears after a few seconds) but you installed an incompatible driver. Your phone in preloader mode should appear with the same name as in the last line on your USBDebview screenshot, not as a ''gadget'' driver.
A solution can be if after connecting your phone to USB, you right click on that gadget driver, then remove it together with its driver. Then connect your phone again and hopefully the cirrect driv er will be installed automatically. You computer should be connected to the internet.

The build vesion has not been changed in the last three versions. Check the kernel date to know the real version of your phone. Maybe you have the latest version installed already.

Did you check the kernel date? You can't update your current software version with the same version.

Currently that's not planned to release an Android Oreo upgrade for the S2 Pro.

The Screenshot was only to show the Eror Code 10,So i went over to a friend who helped me to flash the phone with the given Rar basic file, and my apps still crashes repeatedly, so what is acturly fixed here?

There is not changes here at all, i have bough apps for dailing, SMS, Camera etc etc, still crashes. excuse my harsh languge, previusly in Umi Digi E Plus thread i complained over that you just abandoned the future fix of half function foundation of the system, and your replay was that, you get what you paid for, is that really the case? So what is the case with the UmiDigi S2 PRO?
Let me tell you price ranges and buying phone, you see, i bought the Umidigi phone for they pushed the limit to max and offred 6 GB ram and good look and feel, if it would cost me 500 or 800 U$D or 900, i would still get a Umidigi phone. reason, the feel and the look. But i fucking atleast expected that the Phone would be functional to some point.
Honest to my words, atleast i am honest, can you be the same? i am still prude and happy about my self, that everytime that i look in the the mirror i know that i have a soul and my forefathers are smiling at me.
can you say the same? You can not claim that your support has been the worlds Nr. 1 this passt weeks, and please if you have decided to be better, at least let us download the OTAs and patches, updates trough the phone in the future, What you have done here to your valuable customers is unspeakerble, and i dont know any international law and human rights that will support you on this shame and scandal you have costed every singel customer that fell in love with your barnd.
Really Umidigi has 2 option now, either support and win back the trust, or shutdown and be gone for good.
P/S I never got a answer on what the 2:nd camera was on the S2 PRO.
