The QGDP tool is not tested under windows 7. Please use a 64-bit Windows 10 machine. No one of the provided rar files is corrupted. Please install the latest version of WinRAR. For proper installation of the drivers, you must be logged in your Windows with administrator rights. If you have such basic difficulties with handling a Windows PC, I think it's better for you to install OTA updates only.

Which flasher app did you try? Did you check the preloader com port in your Windows device manager?

In windows 7 Soft QG its not OK (under windows 7 it will not start)
In Windows 10 is not in device explorateur port VIEW.. but i have install a driver source in administrator ...
but telephone is view by windows  (THE SHARING FUNCTION works and it indicates in the explorer s2).

You have a solution??? SAV ??
i dont HAVE possibility for install firmware alternative... and ota  dont have a news and not in download files at this times.

It got recognized but then when i pressed start nothing happend.

You have to disconnect your phone after the port scanning, then connect it again only after you clicked the start button.
