Hi, I did the wireless update on my UMIDIGI One Pro, it was plugged in and I didn't touch anything but now it's bootlooping, what can I do to fix this without voiding my warranty? Thanks.

It was until yesterday a happy owner of a UMIDIGI ONE PRO. I arrived 3 days ago. Since I configured the WIFI and installed by "FOTA". It restarted about 5 times. I asked for the password and it restarted. And finally he did not do it anymore. You hit the power button and it does not turn on the screen or anything.
The same thing happens to my friend Ricky73. I followed step by step the instructions in the manual and the same thing that happens to him. It only detects the communication port "Mediatek USB Port" if the power button is kept pressed, if not, it detects it as "unknown device".
I tried to change different speeds to the port and nothing.
I have already made a claim to the seller. He has not answered me yet and I'm waiting for a solution.
I liked that phone very much. Now I do not know whether to ask for another one, or to stop buying "Chinese mobiles".

Hi,
When your phone is connected as 'Mediatek USB Port', try to flash first only the preloader partition, uncheck all the other partitions. If that flashing is successful, check it out whether you can connect your phone (without button press) as pre-loader com port. If you can, then you can flash the whole ROM.

Hi, You can try to do the following:
1. Open the Phone app, tap the 3-dot menu button in the top right corner, then select Settings.
2. Select Accessibility, and disable Noise reduction. Now try to make a phone call.

I followed step by step and finished ... but my cellphone hasn't changed at all ...

I have the same issue with my new Z2 Special Edition. No microphone during calls. Sound Recorder works fine. Please advise.
