Hi, i bought a New Umidigi S2 Pro, i get yesterday over Gearbest, but I can not use the headphones because it does not recognize the Type C adapter, and the charging cable can only be used on a particular side, if I change the side, it does not recognize it either.

I have the same problem. My Umi S2 PRO won't recognize my earphones, I tried multiple earphones so it has to be the UMI adapter or the phone because the earphones do work on other devices. I already removed the phone cover and tried it again and rebooted it a few times.

You shouldn't have any issues with the stock USB cable. Please try to firmly push it into the socket until the type-C connector clocks in.

That adapter is compatible and works well with any model of the S2 series.
Good day i have a big issue. i try to charge the phone and it doesn´t works , but isn´t the jack because, when i connect the earphone adapter, the phone recognize it. i don´t what should i do. Plus the battery is empty very quick so i have no idea what´s next. please help
I have the same problem, i try different cables, adapters and its the same, only work to charge on a particular side, but no audio, factory resset, no cover, push hard..... Nothing please help
