Hello,

Just a small UP.

I don't understand why it is so complicated to migrate to the last Android version. You made it to Android 7 (UMIOS v2) and has every owners said it is not at the expected quality level.
OK Umi encounter issue with 360 team but you still the manufacturer and you keep responsibility of your products.
In a general point of view I'm satisfied with my S2pro but some problem can become blocking if there is no solution.
My main problem today is the fact that USB connection cannot be kept when connected to pc or My car entertainment device.
For the PC I use an app to transfer files/folders through Wifi but in the car I cannot be connected with android Auto. This avoid to use my large car screen and I'm limited during my travel because in my country it is forbidden to touch the phone when driving (including when we are stopped at red light) .

I would like that Umidigi considers their clients also as future clients, because without support we will try other brands.

It is time that Umidigi take a decision to cover their past mistakes we paid today.
