Unfortunately update will not help in your case. If there will be system bug the every device would be affected.
I suspecting hardware fault so you should talk to seller.

What does the seller have to do with it? This is your company made a faulty phone. Which does not often reacts to the touch of the display (helps lock the screen) solve this problem, and the camera is the second for the kind, the same problems the seller does not solve, read the pancake on what you people are complaining about
