That's exactly´what happens with my phone, same keys, so, same zones of the touchscreen.
I tested with the "show touches" from developer options, and in the borders I can see the white dot is of from where the touch pen is touching the screen (yes, i used a touch pen to be more accurate)
I've already reported that here, the admin told me to update my device LOL
My device is updated, more than updated (as i was one of the lucky ones that lost their fingerprint scanner and had to activate it with the file that you send me, so, yes, it's update and factory reseted, and all that things) I'm using the unofficial Rom because it's the only way I can stand this phone !
Another thing I did, that for me it helped, was to go to the original battery options (not the one that Umifigi let's you se) you can access it from an battery manager app, I use Ampere and there's a shortcut that took me to the original android battery options, and there is an option to change the phone from "balance" to "high-performance". I think this helped a lot in the usage of the phone, Umidigi probably hides this, so that we can't change it (although they have 3 modes to choose in their battery options) to make the phone last 2 days from one battery charge.
Guess what Umidigi...I don't care if the phone lasts 2 days, if to do it, it has to be a retarded phone, what is the purpose of getting 2 days of battery if you take 2 days to open Whatsapp and write a text (yes, the typing is that horrible as the @SomeRandomGuy described it)
So I think you should really think about updating the phone or start to refund your costumers. Yes I know i have to talk with the store that I've bought it, but I already did, and as usual they ask for a video or picture of the problem...Meanwhile I have the phone for over a month, excpeting it to be upgraded, but guess what, you failed your costumers!!
And this is an "expensive" phone, i can't imagine what this A1 it's going to be
We are giving you an opportunity here, as we could buy a well known brand that works (even with less hardware, because what is the porpuse of getting a lot of hardware if the way that you interact with it is awfaul). I recommended 2 friends of my to buy umidigi even before i've got one (a Crystal and a S2 normal version) they didn't disapoint as much as the S2 pro, but after this, not recommending it anymore as it could be a "lemon" and i'll make a friend of mine waste his money
It's a long post but I don't care, I'm just so frustrated with this phone !
