But if app is clean in memory then it need to be reloaded and doesn't get notifications...

Not sure about that. After a reboot and no touching nothing, I can text myself from another phone at it gets through to notifications. Dunno if that proves anything. Maybe texting gets loaded automatically by reboot. Will try with email tomorrow and whatever I can think of.

Whitelist doesn't work. When you lock/unlock screen many apps is cleared from memory.

There are some apps in which notifications works just fine (WhatsApp, GMail, Messaging...). I think there is a service running in background that makes these notification possible.

I cannot believe why UMI restrict on using the RAM fully, and why clear them.

There is an app "Easily fill RAM". Install it

  • Add this app to Whitelist/start app etc.
  • Just pumpup the RAM usage to say more than 3 GB.
  • Lock the screen and wait for like 10secs and unlock and see the RAM usage.

I donot know why would they restrict the RAM usage by any sense. It is insane.

My wild guess is that there must a developer hardcoding for ~2GB RAM and if the RAM usage goes more than that just 'Clean' the apps or if the app is in background for sometime just clean it.

Yes, it is exacly what it hapens. I already Flashed the 20180117 version and the problem persists. Does not use more than 2GB of RAM and notifications only hapen in some Apps.

This is a huge bug, it already should be repaired...
