Multiple Issues with NEW S2 Pro

I just recieved my S2 Pro and have mutliple issues..

Issue 1.. Screen Flickers randomly sometimes just totally blacking out the screen..
Issue 2.. Can't change ringtones in setting.. Always stats "Settings has Stopped"
Issue 3.. Cant get 4G LTE to work.. I took it to my Service Provider and they couldnt get it to work either..

I'm using the dual sim feature and tried different settings... Also just used it as a single sim and still getting the same issues..

My work Partner also recieved an S2 Pro and doesn't have any of these issues..

Can you please Help me?

Please update to latest firmware and perform factory reset after update.

Hi since the recent firmware update my s2 is becomes unresponsive and lags. it was working with out a problem before this.

My phone wouldn't connect to any of my computers.. Even after downloading drivers recommend for the offical and unoffical ROM.. It did let me do a OTA upgrade, to 20180117... But when i did a factory reset as recommend , it sent it back to 20171227... Can't get it to update to 20180117... Still having issues with screen flickering and LTE still doesn't work..
On UmiDigi Website under General Q&A Tech-Support, its says if a factory reset doesn't work, to contact an Online Customer Service Representive.. How do you do that?

I think you can do a factory reset while flashing? It's an option in the program.
