"flash the latest ROM with SPFT in firmware upgrade mode" - i didn't, but i did reset settings. And the firmware is the latest on my phone - 25/12/2017. I suppose, that flashing with SPFT - change nothing. Should I try?

Yes, you should. With resetting you erase only the user data area but don't change anything in the system data area. So if your system software is damaged, only reflashing it can help.

It can help if your issue has a software reason. Otherwise the touch panel must be replaced but only the whole screen together can be replaced, not only the touch panel separately.

Hi,

what seems to have happened after 24 of my apps updated simultaneously, probably because of the copyrights-thing... After that my touch screen stops working every now and then, and only reboot helps. The home-button works too, but I have to reboot with the power-button. Any idea, what's going on?

Maybe it's just an accidental coincidence, but first you should perform a factory data reset to know whether your issue is caused by a software bug.

Ok, could you please share the links to those forums (I can translate if not in English), where all users are present and complaining about the touch screen issue?
Anyway it's typically a hardware related issue, software tweaks may make it a bit better but only replacing the touch panel can be a perfect solution.
